We are currently undertaking 1st, 2nd and final fix carpentry works on 2 out of the 5 blocks (284 units) at the former Greenwich District Hospital, for Hadley Mace which is known as Greenwich Square.
The complete site comprises 645 high spec mixed units; 331 Private, 170 Social Housing and 144 Shared Ownership, being constructed around a public square, over the next 5 years. Other facilities are also being created including retail spaces, a leisure centre, library and healthcare facilities.
The site is operating a strict delivery booking system which includes all vehicles over 3.5t being registered with FORS (Freight Operator Recognition Scheme).

-Aiming to deliver a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and to meet Level 4 Code for Sustainable Homes.
